Senior Business Development Manager

We’re partnering with a market-leading supplier of added value, innovative foods who are helping shape the future of foodservice menus across the UK.

This is a high-impact commercial role for a true hunter who loves winning new business, building strong customer relationships, and turning insight into growth.

The opportunity

You’ll take ownership of driving new business and growing key foodservice accounts across QSR, contract catering, manufacturers, and recipe box providers. You’ll also play a key role in shaping commercial strategy, pricing, and innovation direction.

What you’ll be doing

  • Win new business and grow strategic foodservice accounts

  • Build long-term relationships across QSR, wholesale, and manufacturing customers

  • Lead pricing, margin, and tender processes

  • Work closely with NPD and technical teams to deliver customer solutions

  • Identify and convert commercial growth opportunities

  • Support the development of annual sales and growth strategy

What we’re looking for

  • Strong background in foodservice, ingredients, QSR, or wholesale

  • Experience selling through or alongside Sysco, Bidfood or similar

  • Proven track record in new business and commercial growth

  • Strong understanding of margins, tenders, and account development

  • A genuine passion for food, innovation, and customer solutions

  • A proactive, ambitious “hunter” mindset
